Andrew's Pork Barbecue

This yummy pork barbecue is pretty simple to make in the kitchen at home, without the need for a smoker or a grill. I just use some common seasonings, and then cook it to the perfect fall-apart, pull-apart texture in my crock pot slow cooker. Once cooked, this pork is very easy to serve sliced, pulled, or chopped. As pulled or chopped pork, I love to put this in a sandwich with cole slaw. Or sliced, I will serve this as a dinner entree with a blueberry glaze.

  1. Rub seasonings all over and around the pork tenderloin.
  2. Put seasoned pork tenderloin into slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours (I usually do this overnight) or on high for 4 hours.
  3. Remove pork and slice, pull, or chop to your hearts content! :-)

One pork tenderloin will serve about 6 people.
